Strength

Yoga

Circuit Training
Dive into our dynamic circuit classes, combining the best of sculpt and strength in Infrared Circuit or pushing your limits with high-intensity intervals in Infrared HIIT. Meet the Team
Founder
Tracey Kruckenberg
Tracey started Burn 605 Infrared Fitness Studio in 2024 after not being able to find options for group fitness near home.
She wanted to create a fun, energetic environment for people to workout but also create lifelong friendships and a welcoming community.
Instructor
Nick Harrington
Nick helped bring the idea of Burn 605 into fruition and has been with the team since opening.
Nick is certified in sculpt and cycle.

Sarah Vandeberg
Sarah grew up in Brandon and will be a senior at Brandon High School this year. Outside of instructing she loves competing in cross country and track, spending time with her friends and family and just being outdoors!
She will be teaching as often as she can before school starts up, so make sure to get to one of her classes!

Lauren Vanee-Brouwer
Lauren has been leading a variety of group fitness classes for the last three years and is passionate about helping others reach their goals and flourish in ALL areas of life! If you have met this girl, you know she has a heart of gold!
Outside of instructing classes, she is a mental health therapist who specializes in working with eating disorders and body image. She is also a private running coach and loves competitive running! Should we do a running/yoga fusion class!?!?
She says she is a bit of a granola girl and loves plants, gardening, making sourdough and kombucha and enjoying community with others!!

Elsie Zajicek
Elsie grew up in the area and attended Brandon Valley playing basketball, volleyball and track! She played collegiate volleyball at Northern Michigan University.
She found hot yoga soon after graduating because it made exercise fun for her! She LOVES sculpt, so get ready for her classes!
After coming back home after college, she was reconnected with Best Buddies and she now works for Best Buddies International and leads the charge for SD! BVHS was the first SD Best Buddies chapter! ❤️
Elsie has a bernadoodle named River who was adopted, she will NEVER say no to coffee and is a self proclaimed certified yapper!

Lynette Wedeking
Lynette is joining our team at Burn 605 and will be teaching our vinyasa flow and restorative yoga classes! Watch MINDBODY for additions to her schedule as we get into the swing of things!
Lynette is coming to us with 25 years of group fitness instructing experience and has worked at some of our other favorite places in town such as Rapid Fitness, Circuit Fitness and Bethany Meadows!
Her fitness journey has been lifelong and she joined the YMCA in Sioux Falls as a freshman in college at Augustana! She began instructing deep water exercise and spin classes and then completed her 200 YTT at 4th Avenue Yoga with Roscha Zoet!

Emily Swanson
Emily loves doing anything outside and baking. She recently has really gotten into making sourdough and kombucha. Emily can be found doing anything active and is always on the go!
Emily is a fifth year at USF pursuing my MBA! She also competes in track and field and was recently named athlete of the year! She is seriously incredible and can do it all!
Emily and her boyfriend have a golden retriever, who is like a literal child & is the sweetest!

Mya Smith
Mya grew up in Brandon! We are loving all these Brandon alums! Some of you may know her by her maiden name, Mya Bunker!
Mya graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in finance. She currently works in Wealth Management at First National Bank of Sioux Falls!
Mya got married in August to her husband Jacob!
In her free time she enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, traveling and spending lots of time with family and friends!

Ana Dreyer
Anna grew up in Brandon and graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Nutrition Exercise and Health Science. She is finishing her Masters in Medical Nutrition Therapy in December of 2024 to become a Registered Dietitian! After that she will be transitioning to a role at Sanford Health very soon!
She recently got married to her best friend in May of 2024!
If Anna is not working, she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, going on long walks, and traveling to new places. You can find her and her husband in Minnesota at the lake every weekend in the summer!

Chelsea is from Brandon and lives in the Brandon area with her husband and four children. Look how CUTE this family is!
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and doing outdoor activities.

Reagan Askdahl
Reagan is another Brandon alumni and is now attending Creighton University and pursuing Pharmacy!
Her favorite classes to teach are sculpt because she LOVES the upbeat music and has been teaching sculpt for the last two years! If Reagan is not teaching, you would find her out on the lake, boating or wake surfing and spending time with her family and friends!
She also ran her first marathon this summer and has a love for running in new places and traveling!

Gabby Grieme
Gabby is from Brandon and graduated from Northern State University with a degree in digital media! She has been working with Raven Industries as their graphic designer!
Gabby loves to travel and is an avid coffee drinker. Her happy place is spending summers at her family’s cabin in Okoboji!
If Gabby isn’t working she is hanging out with friends and family, playing volleyball or pickleball, reading or going on walks!

What should I bring to my first class?
For your first class, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout clothing.
Are there any prerequisites for joining infrared fitness classes?
No prerequisites are required! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Instructors will provide modifications to ensure everyone has a safe and effective workout.
How does infrared heat benefit my workout?
Infrared heat helps to warm the muscles more effectively, which can improve your flexibility, circulation, and calorie burn. It also aids in detoxifying the body and reducing muscle stiffness, making it a great addition to your fitness regimen.
What should I expect at my first class?
The studio doors are open 30 minutes prior to class to allow you to get your mat set up, find your weights and equipment and get situated. When you come in, you will check in at the front desk. We ask that you leave your shoes in the cubbies by the front door before heading upstairs to the studio area. We will show you around the studio o you know where to go and where to find everything while you are here.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
The frequency of your workouts will depend on your personal fitness goals and schedule.
What is the class cancellation policy?
For our 5:30 AM class, we ask for cancellation before 10:00 PM the night before to allow people time if they get off a waitlist. For any other class times, there is a one hour cancellation policy. If cancellation is done after that hour, there is a $10 fee that will be charged.
What are the health and safety measures in place at the studio?
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, with regular sanitization of all equipment and common areas. Infrared heating also provides a naturally cleaner environment by reducing bacteria and dust in the air.
Do you have showers and towels available?
We have three showers available to gym guests, and we do have towels available in the shower area for you to use as well.
Do you have yoga mats available at the studio?
we have mats for rent if you forget your mat at home or don’t have one. Mat rentals are $5 per class.
